Refund Policy - SIM Events
We understand that plans change. At the same time, our events require significant upfront planning and expense.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled event you may choose to either transfer or cancel your seat. To receive full credit, notice must be given at least 14 days before the event. If you give notice by emailing ranching.fyi@gmail.com, you may transfer your full registration value to another Ranching.FYI event within 12 months of the date you originally planned or receive a full refund for your registration value.
If you request a cancellation or transfer within 14 days of the event, 50% (half) of your registration fee will be forfeited to cover event costs. The remaining 50% can be refunded or will be issued as a credit toward a future Ranching.FYI event but again that credit must be used within 12 months.
If you are a no-show to an event, do not attend the event, and have not provided notice 100% of your registration fee will be forfeited. If you do provide notice and choose to use a credit for a future Ranching.FYI event and do not use that credit within 12 months then 100% of your registration fee will be forfeited.
Refund Policy - the forums
The Website may be used by all personal and business users free of charge. Ranching.FYI may offer enhancements and features to registered Members for a fee. You may at any time cancel your Membership by visiting www.ranching.fyi. If you terminate your membership within the last 5 days of a calendar month, then your subscription will terminate as of the end of the next calendar month; otherwise, your subscription will end at the end of the current month. For example, if you had a monthly subscription and terminated on April 25th, then your subscription would end on the last day of May and you would be charged for the month of May.
Membership fees, once paid, are not refundable under any circumstances.
